About Our Firm

At the law firm of Norma Echarte & Associates, we understand that sale or purchase of real estate is not “just business” and does not occur in a vacuum. We realize that there is much at stake for each of the parties to the transaction. This is especially true in residential real estate, where a house or condo may represent a home or a strategic investment to the buyer, a nest egg to the seller, a commission to the broker and a profit to the developer. Experienced lawyer Norma Echarte and her team of attorneys and staff have a reputation for bringing these parties together to negotiate the terms, consummate the deal and efficiently resolve any disputes that arise. Our preparation and communication create the conditions for a smooth process and a win-win result.
